In this 2 hour workshop Eleonora will guide into a flow designed to build strength, gain confidence and develop foundational arm balancing skills.
We will work on cleaning up and refining basic poses like Chaturanga and Crow, which are the foundations of our practice. We will progress and focus our efforts on learning the essential elements of more challenging postures like crow, side crow, eight angle poses and others.
We will work on specific exercises to develop the muscle memory and strength to eventually move on to on more advanced variations of the poses.
This workshop is open to all levels, but foundational knowledge of Yoga is encouraged as well as strong, healthy wrists.
